What Is Artificial Intelligence (AI)?
Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human
intelligence in machines that are programmed to think like humans
and mimic their actions. The term may also be applied to any
machine that exhibits traits associated with a human mind such as
learning and problem-solving.

The ideal characteristic of artificial intelligence is its ability to

rationalize and take actions that have the best chance of achieving a
specific goal.
Understanding Artificial Intelligence
When most people hear the term artificial intelligence, the first thing
they usually think of is robots. That's because big-budget films and
novels weave stories about human-like machines that wreak havoc
on Earth. But nothing could be further from the truth.

Artificial intelligence is based on the principle that human

intelligence can be defined in a way that a machine can easily mimic
it and execute tasks, from the most simple to those that are even
more complex. The goals of artificial intelligence include learning,
reasoning, and perception.
¿Qué es la Inteligencia Artificial (IA)?
La inteligencia artificial (IA) se refiere a la simulación de la
inteligencia humana en máquinas que están programadas para pensar
como los humanos y copiar sus acciones. El término también puede
aplicarse a cualquier máquina que presente rasgos asociados a la
mente humana, como el aprendizaje y la resolución de problemas.

La característica ideal de la inteligencia artificial es su capacidad de

racionalizar y tomar medidas que tienen la mejor oportunidad de
conseguir un objetivo específico.

Comprensión de la Inteligencia Artificial

Cuando la mayoría de la gente oye el término inteligencia artificial,
lo primero en lo que suelen pensar es en robots. Eso se debe a que
las películas y novelas de buena capital tejen historias sobre
máquinas similares a las humanas que causan estragos en la Tierra.
Pero nada podría ser fuera del contexto.

La inteligencia artificial se basa en el principio de que la inteligencia

humana puede definirse de manera que una máquina pueda
fácilmente calcar y ejecutar tareas, desde las más simples hasta las
que son aún más confusas. Los objetivos de la inteligencia artificial
incluyen el aprendizaje, el razonamiento y la percepción.
