Los deportes son actividades muy populares en mi país que contribuyen a la salud física y al
bienestar mental.
Varios deportes se han distinguido a nivel nacional e internacional a lo largo de los años.
Además, Ecuador tiene un clima tropical que varía con la altitud y las regiones.
Sin embargo Ecuador tiene microclimas muy diferentes en función de sus regiones. Debido a la
agradable temperatura durante todo el año en el país, la mejor época para visitar Ecuador
depende en gran medida de lo que las personas desean hacer y ver durante tus vacaciones.
Costa de Ecuador tiene temporadas húmedas y secas. La época más fresca y seca del año es de
mayo a diciembre. De enero a abril suele ser cálido y lluvioso.
El Amazonas es caliente y húmedo la mayor parte del año. La lluvia más fuerte ocurre de junio
a agosto. Los meses más secos son de septiembre a diciembre.
Sports in my country

Winter sports

Kayak: Es un tipo de piragua en la que el practicante va sentado mirando hacia la proa (parte
delantera), en el sentido de la marcha, y en las manos lleva como elemento propulsor una pala
de dos cucharas. Su origen se remonta a los esquimales, que los usaban para pescar y cazar.
Canyoning: Se trata del descenso de cascadas con cuerdas. Esta actividad le permitirá sentir la
caída del agua en su rostro y cuerpo.
El puenting: Consiste en saltar desde un puente, amarrado con cuerdas dinámicas y equipos
que cumplen todas las regulaciones internacionales. Tienes unos pocos metros de caída libre
hasta que las cuerdas se tensionen.
