Modals-like verbs:
A few verbs which often serve as modals too.
They need to be conjugated.
En este artículo se presenta una lista con los 100 verbos regulares más usados /
comunes en inglés, después de mostrarla me parece acertado detallar algunas
reglas que se siguen para formar el pasado simple de los verbos regulares "-ed"
y detalles de la pronunciación de los mismos.
Casos que debemos tener en cuenta para formar el pasado en verbos regulares.
Caso 1: El más común donde el pasado simple del verbo se forma simplemente
añadiendo "-ed"
Caso 2: Si el verbo termina con vocal "e", simplemente agregar terminación "-d"
Caso 3: Si el verbo termina con la letra "y", cambia la "y" por "i" y pones
terminación "-ed"

TO + INFINITIVO:
I can’t afford to pay that house / I agreed to lend her some money / He attempted to reach it.
