seales de la activacin emocional disfuncional, podemos
entrenarlos en la produccin de auto verbalizaciones y otras
estrategias que enfren la calentura .

Conclusiones
Las metforas se utilizan en la literatura y en la comunicacin
interpersonal con fines estticos y pragmticos. La esttica fomenta
el inters y enriquece el vnculo de los interlocutores. La pragmtica
apunta a favorecer la comprensin e incorporacin de los conceptos
intercambiados. En este sentido, encontrar palabras e imgenes que
hagan inteligibles y entretenidas situaciones graves y complejas
favorece el desarrollo de la alianza teraputica y potencia la
eficacia de las intervenciones.
