Conclusiones y recomendaciones
1. En la visin de la universitaria agustiniana se encuentra como objetivo a alcanzar el
liderazgo en procesos investigativos para contribuir al mejoramiento del pas.
2. El programa de mercadeo y hotelera y turismo son lderes en procesos investigativos
conformados en semillero de investigacin.
3. Los espacios para la investigacin son propicios para el desarrollo de un proyecto.
4. Cada carrera cuenta con al menos mnimo una materia en la cual se incentiva al desarrollo
de habilidades investigativas.

Introduccin
La universitaria Agustiniana tiene como objetivo en su visin liderar y formar profesionales con
sentido investigativo como parte del desarrollo integral del profesional, adicional a esto ofrece en
su portafolio acadmico materias relacionadas estrechamente con el fomento de proyectos
investigativos. Complementando lo anterior la universitaria Agustiniana tiene una seccin de
investigacin formalmente conformada adscrita a la vicerrectora acadmica que contribuye a
crear espacios libres de acercamiento a la investigacin. Se desea establecer estrategias infalibles
para que los estudiantes Agustinos se interesen en la investigacin.

Anlisis
La universitaria Agustiniana tiene como parte de su gabinete educativo una seccin llamada
investigaciones, esta seccin es el espacio constituido para orientar a los estudiantes a un camino
formativo conllevado por la investigacin, La Unidad de Investigaciones es la unidad acadmica y
administrativa, adscrita a la Vicerrectora Acadmica y de Investigaciones, encargada de disear,
promover y desarrollar las polticas de investigacin institucionales.1Adjunto a lo anterior tambin
se constituye con una misin La Unidad de Investigaciones se propone ser reconocida, en el
mediano plazo y en los contextos nacional e internacional, por su contribucin al avance del
conocimiento cientfico, disciplinar y profesional, sus logros e innovaciones en el campo de la
investigacin, la calidad de sus proyectos para correr las fronteras del conocimiento, su
participacin en redes de investigacin y la divulgacin de los resultados del conocimiento
generado por los medios de difusin pertinentes y apropiados, teniendo como dispositivos la
formacin de estudiantes y docentes en y para la investigacin, los grupos y semilleros de
investigacin resultantes y la elaboracin de proyectos integradores que favorezcan la
consecucin de los objetivos educativos institucionales.2Con lo anterior se puede evidenciar que la
universitaria tiene todas las herramientas y espacios para que los estudiantes puedan incentivar
sus habilidades con profesionales que orienten sus actividades , cuenta con un programa de
capacitacin ideal para el crecimiento y adaptacin de semilleros de investigacin.

How to encourage to the investigation in the students of the university?
1. In the vision of the Augustinian university student it is like target to reach the leadership in
processes investigativos to contribute to the improvement of the country.

discipline and profesional its achievements and innovations in the field of the investigation, the
quality of its projects to cover the borders of the knowledge, its participation in networks of
investigation and the publication of the results of the knowledge generated by the pertinent and
appropriate means of diffusion, taking the formation as devices of students and teachers in and for
the investigation, the groups and resultant seedbeds from investigation and the development of of
integration projects that favor the attainment of the institutional educational targets 4. With the
previous thing it is possible to demonstrate that the university student has all the hardware and
spaces so that the students could encourage its skills with professionals who face its activities,
relies on with a program of ideal training for the growth and adaptation of seedbeds of
