Velocity IP (VIP), an
investment plan to expand

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and
Sale entered in the above cause on Febru-
ary 28, 2014, an agent for Key Auctions,
LLC will, at 10:00 AM on June 3, 2014, at
2259 North Lorel Avenue, Chicago, Illinois
60639, sell at public auction to the highest
bidder, as set forth below, the following
described real estate:

The real estate is improved mixed use/
commercial property.
The judgment amount was $232,223.67.
Sale terms: The highest bidder shall deliver
to Key Auctions, LLC, at the time and place
of the judicial sale, a cashier's check or
other certifed funds in the amount equal to
ten percent (10%) of the high bid payable
to Key Auctions, LLC, representing the
bid deposit. The balance, plus the Bidder
Premium, as such term is defned in the
Order Setting Terms and Conditions to be
Applied to Judicial Sale, plus costs, is due
no later than thirty (30) days after the date
of the judicial sale. The subject property is
subject to general real estate taxes, spe-
cial assessments, or special taxes levied
against said real estate and is offered for
sale without any representation as to qual-
ity or quantity of title and without recourse
