The License Holder shall meet the conditions established by the Rules for Contracting and Use of the IRAM Mark of Conformity
with IRAM Standard and of the IRAM Certification of Manufacturing Conformity, which have been signed, together with the
above mentioned Resolutions of the S.I.C.& M.
