Fortalecer la autonoma de gestin de las escuelas con el objetivo
de mejorar su infraestructura, comprar materiales educativos, resolver
problemas de operacin bsicos y propiciar condiciones de participacin para que alumnos, maestros y padres de familia, bajo el liderazgo
del director, se involucren en la resolucin de los retos que cada escuela
enfrenta.
