Beneficios de la acupuntura
La acupuntura puede ser beneficiosa porque:

complicaciones en los siguientes casos:

Tienes un trastorno
hemorrágico. Las
probabilidades de presentar
sangrado o moretones debido a
las agujas aumentan si sufres
un trastorno hemorrágico o si
estás tomando anticoagulantes.
Tienes un marcapasos. La
acupuntura que consiste en
aplicar leves impulsos eléctricos
a las agujas puede interferir en
el funcionamiento de un
marcapasos.
Están embarazadas. Algunos
tipos de acupuntura están
pensados para estimular el
trabajo de parto, lo que podría
desencadenar un parto
prematuro.
 Conclusión
Actualmente se continúan realizando trabajos de investigación sobre los mecanismos
biológicos de actuación de la acupuntura en el organismo humano: analgésico,
antinflamatorio, ansiolítico y antidepresivo. Además del estudio sobre todo de su eficacia y
efectividad en numerosas enfermedades y problemas de salud, el fin es conseguir su
integración en la Medicina convencional como un procedimiento técnico médico
complementario.
Los beneficios de la acupuntura a veces resultan difíciles de estimar, aunque a muchas
personas les resulta útil como una forma de controlar varios trastornos dolorosos. Sin
embargo, varios estudios indicaron que algunos tipos de acupuntura simulada parecen dar los
mismos resultados que la acupuntura real. También hay pruebas de que la acupuntura resulta
óptima en personas que esperan que dé resultado.
La acupuntura tiene pocos efectos secundarios; por lo tanto, vale la pena probarla si tienes
dificultad para controlar el dolor con métodos más convencionales.
La acupuntura es segura en manos expertas cualificadas. Los conocimientos del profesional
que ejerce la Acupuntura posibilitan realizar la técnica de forma segura y poder colaborar con
otros especialistas médicos en las decisiones terapéuticas. La Acupuntura tiene una visión
multidisciplinar y es complementaria de otros procedimientos médicos y quirúrgicos.
