sancionar y erradicar la violencia, el
hostigamiento y la intimidación entre
escolares en cualquiera de sus
manifestaciones;
ART. 5.- OBLIGACIONES
DEL MINISTERIO DE
EDUCACIÓN
Elaborar una directiva, clara y precisa, orientada a
diagnosticar, prevenir, evitar, sancionar y erradicar la
violencia, el hostigamiento y la intimidación entre
alumnos,
Diseñar un boletín informativo sobre los principios de
sana convivencia para ser difundido entre las
instituciones educativas.
Establecer las sanciones en función de la
proporcionalidad del acoso escolar.
Supervisar el cumplimiento de esta Ley.
Formular sus estadísticas, de conformidad con el
Libro de Registro de Incidencias sobre violencia y
acoso entre estudiantes
ART. 6.- OBLIGACIONES DE

ART. 10.- OBLIGACIONES DEL
INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE
DEFENSA DE LA COMPETENCIA Y
DE LA PROTECCIÓN DE LA
PROPIDAD INTELECTUAL
Realiza visitas inopinadas de inspección a
las instituciones educativas para verificar
la existencia de cualquier tipo de violencia
física o psicológica y de toda forma de
hostigamiento y acoso entre estudiantes,
cometidos por cualquier medio, incluyendo
virtuales, telefónicos, electrónicos u otros
análogos, de conformidad con su rol
fiscalizador de la idoneidad en servicios
educativos

Cada institución educativa tiene un
Libro de Registro de Incidencias
sobre violencia y acoso entre
estudiantes, a cargo del director, en el
que se anotan todos los hechos sobre
violencia
ART. 12.- MEDIDAS DE
ASISTENCIA Y
PROTECCIÓN
Los estudiantes víctimas de violencia
o de acoso reiterado o sistemático y
el agresor deben recibir la asistencia
especializada
ART. 13.- ENTREGA DE
BOLETÍN INFORMATIVO
Toda institución educativa debe
entregar al inicio del año escolar a
cada estudiante y padre de familia
un boletín informativo que difunda
las normas y principios de sana
convivencia y disciplina escolar,
la proscripción de todo tipo de
violencia física y psicológica y de
toda forma de hostigamiento y de
acoso entre alumnos, cometido por
cualquier medio, incluyendo
