ORGANOIDES
DE
MEMBRANA
Concepto
Los organoides de membrana son
estructuras mas o menos permanentes
tanto en células animales y vegetales, están
rodeados por una membrana de naturaleza
lipoproteica y presentan funciones definidas.
Entre ellos podemos estudiar a:

 1.- Lisosomas
Son organoides intracitoplasmaticos que contienen una serie de
enzimas implicadas en la digestionn de materiales incorporados
a la celuIa y a la remocion de mtracelular.

 Se ha comprobado la presencia de
lisosomas en todas las células animales,
siendo particularmente abundantes en
células que cumplen tareas digestivas como
los glóbulos blancos y los macrófagos.

En los vegetales abundan en zonas de

crecimiento de la raíz.

Se los encuentra también en los

protozoarios.

 Si bien no existen lisosomas en las
bacterias se han encontrado enzimas
de acción similar en el espacio
periplásmico.

Por lo tanto todos los procesos

de digestión y degradación se lleva
a cabo dentro del lisosoma para
proteger ala célula.

Morfología
Las enzimas de los lisosomas se encuentran aisladas
en una membrana resistente.  Si la membranas se
rompen y salen las enzimas pueden ser letales para la
célula. (muerte celular). Existen una gran variedad de
formas y tamaños.

Existen unos 50 tipos de enzimas de

diferente composición dentro de los
lisosomas, los cuales tienen la capacidad
de digerir casi todas las sustancias
biológicas.
El grupo más importante de estas
enzimas lo constituyen las fosfatasas
acidas (enzimas que actúan sobre los
compuestos que tienen fosfatos,
liberando el fosfato inorgánico.
Las enzimas presentes en los lisosomas
actúan generalmente en un medio acido
con un pH que oscila entre 5.0 y 5.5.

 Clasificación
Lavariedad de formas y tamaños de los lisosomas inclusive dentro de una misma célula,
dificultó por mucho tiempo su estudio.

La diversidad de formas del lisosoma es sin embargo comprensible en consideración de que el

lisosoma recién formado esta lleno de una gran cantidad deenzimas inactivas que le dan una forma de
bolsa esférica, mientras en plena actividad digestiva el lisosoma se llena de una gran variedad de
sustancias en distintos estados de degradación y es que su contenido determina entonces su forma,
tamaño, composición, etc
