CONSEJO GENÉTICO
• 75% de los individuos afectados tienen un
progenitor afectado.
• 25-30% de los probandos con Sx Marfan
tienen una mutación de novo.
• Riesgo para hermanos de un probando
depende del estado de los progenitores.
• La descendencia de un paciente con Sx Marfan
tienen 50% de riesgo de heredar el alelo
mutado.
