INGREDIENTS
1 TEFFILAH!!!
Mix flour kosher salt and ¾ cup sweetener in a bowl set aside. Mix yeast ¼
cup water and tspn sugar and let set for 5 min. feel free to start your teffilah
any time during the process. Mix together flour mix and yeast mix and add
in egg yolks keep the egg whites in a separate container as we will need
them later. Mix in butter (softened) or oil and mix thoroughly slowly begin
to mix in water or milk, I prefer water, until all ingredients are mixed
thoroughly. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl or bread board until it has
doubled in size (about 1 ½ hours). It helps to have a quit warm setting for
the dough to rise. After dough has rested kneed it thoroughly and begin the
braiding process place braided challah on greased cookie sheet and let it rest
for an hour. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees after challah has rested brush egg
whites evenly over dough and bake for 40 - 45 mins. Now for the most
important step enjoy your challah!
YIELDS: 2 LOAVES.

CHALLAH TRENZO
INGREDIENTES
8 TAZAS DE LA HARINA DE USO MÚLTIPLE
1 SAL KOSHER DE LA CUCHARILLA
AZÚCAR de la TAZA del ¾ (o dulcificante preferido)
1 LEVADURA SECA DEL PAQUETE
AGUA CALIENTE DE LA TAZA DEL ¼
1 AZÚCAR DE LA CUCHARILLA
3 TEMAS de HUEVO
MANTEQUILLA de la libra del ½ (o aceite preferido 1 taza)
AGUA O LECHE de 1 PINTA (2 tazas)
1 TEFFILAH!!!
