Grados de Aceros y Conexiones API:
Grados de Aceros
Es indicativo de la tensión de fluencia mínima del acero y de su principal
aplicación en el caso de aceros Propietarios. (Ej: N-80 es 80 ksi u 80.000 psi)
Tanto la fluencia como la tensión de rotura se determinan por ensayos API 5CT
(Sección 7. Material Requirements – Página 17).
Nota: Los colores de banda pueden ser aplicados de acuerdo a las especificaciones del cliente.

Izado:
Los tubos se deberán mover siempre con los protectores colocados.
Tanto las roscas como los protectores deben estar perfectamente
limpios.
El uso de protectores “rápidos” facilitará la operación.
• El tubo puede ser levantado utilizando el cable auxiliar.
• Se recomienda levantar de a un tubo por vez.
• Asegurarse de que el estrobo este bien colocado debajo de la cupla.
• Si el tubo no tiene cupla deberá estar debajo del tapón de elevación o
enhebrado del mismo.
• Se deberán evitar los golpes de la tubería contra el equipo.
Una vez levantado el tubo hasta el piso del equipo, colocar el elevador de
mano y levantar el tubo hasta poner en posición vertical y proceder al acople.
