Bendición de la Medicina

Alabado sea

El Destructor, Calificado Más Allá de Uno, con igual compasión hacia todos, el mero hecho de
escuchar tu santo nombre elimina los sufrimientos de los seres transmigratorios perdidos por
el mal, Y tus rayos de luz Baidyura eliminan las enfermedades de los tres venenos: Ante el Gurú
Buda de la Medicina, me postro.

Recitación del mantra

Cuando recites el mantra, es bueno tener una estatua o thangka del Buda de la Medicina o
visualizar al Buda de la Medicina. Si es posible, visualiza a todos los budas de las diez
direcciones con el aspecto del Buda de la Medicina, todos ellos con una increíble e
insoportable compasión por ti y por todos los seres transmigratorios.

Los rayos emitidos desde el corazón golpean la medicina, que se vuelve tan poderosa que no
sólo causa la recuperación inmediata de la enfermedad, sino que también purifica totalmente
todos los karmas negativos y oscurecimientos tuyos y de otros seres sensibles acumulados
durante rehacimientos sin principio. Piensa especialmente que se ha generado la bodhichitta,
así como todo el camino. (Piensa así también cuando tomes la medicina).

Con respecto al propósito de tomar la medicina, reza así: "Hoy, que mi vida sea beneficiosa
para todos los seres sintientes, que han sido mi propia especie madre y están experimentando
sufrimiento".

Si visualizas bien, puede ayudar a que la medicina no se convierta en la medicina equivocada o

cause otra enfermedad como efecto secundario.

Por la verdad de los Tres Sublimes Raros, y especialmente de la Medicina del Gurú Ido a la
Bienaventuranza Uno, la compasión del sabio actualizado que destruye toda enfermedad, que
esta medicina se convierta en néctar sublime e imperecedero que destruye toda enfermedad.
Dedicación

Debido a los méritos míos y de los demás, de todas las madres, que las tres mentes venenosas,
el origen de todas las 424 enfermedades, sean eliminadas, y que los tres kayas se actualicen.

Blessing Medicine

Praise

The Destroyer, Qualified Gone Beyond One, with equal compassion to all,Merely hearing your
holy name eliminates the sufferings of the evil-gone transmigratory beings,And your beams of
baidyura light eliminate the three poisons’ sicknesses:To Guru Medicine Buddha, I prostrate.

Mantra Recitation

When you recite the mantra, it is good to have a statue or thangka of Medicine Buddha or to
visualize Medicine Buddha. Ifpossible, visualize all the ten-direction buddhas in the aspect of
Medicine Buddha, all having incredible, unbearablecompassion for you and all transmigratory
beings.

Beams emitted from the heart strike the medicine, which becomes so powerful that it not only
causes immediate recoveryfrom disease but also totally purifies all the negative karmas and
obscurations of you and other sentient beings collectedduring beginningless rebirths.
Especially think that bodhichitta has been generated, as well as the whole path. (Think thisway
also when you take the medicine.)

In regard to the purpose of taking the medicine, pray like this: “Today, may my life be
beneficial to all sentient beings, whoall have been my own kind mother and are experiencing
suffering.”
If you visualize well, it may help the medicine to not become the wrong medicine or cause
another disease as a side-effect.

By the truth of the Three Rare Sublime Ones, and especially of Guru Medicine Gone to Bliss
One, the compassionof the actualized sage destroying all disease, may this medicine become
sublime undying nectar destroying alldisease.

Dedication

Due to the merits of myself and others, all the mothers, may the three poisonous minds, the
originator of all the424 diseases, be eliminated, and may the three kayas actualized.
