Gran Hotel, obra madura de Ll uís Domenech situada en la plaza
W eyler y hoy sede del centro cultural y de exposiciones CaixaForum.
El edif icio es de principios del siglo XX y tuvo una gran inf luencia en
los arquitectos locales. Éstos interpretar on el modernismo catalán

Valldemosa: a 14km de Palma, donde vivieron un invierno en la

Cartuja el compositor F. Chopin y la escr itora George Sand. Ella

lado de Valldemossa está el pueblo de Deya donde vivió y está
enterrado el poeta y escritor Robert Graves. El cementer io es
particularmente pint oresco con una vist as magníf icas, de un lado

zona (Costa Norte) Michael Douglas y su ex esposa Diantra
tienen una f inca ant igua que perteneció al Archiduque Luis
