INTRODUCCION:
In this evaluation activity we will learn how to write a letter addressed to a prospect, where first we
will have to make an invitation to our timeshare using stimuli in it and developing our letter with
certain indications already mentioned.

Le mando un cordial saludo junto la empresa HARD, es de mi agrado informarle que por su
destacado empeño tenemos el gran honor de invitarlo a un evento que se llevará a cabo el día 18 de
Noviembre del 2023 a las 20:00 hrs. El evento será en el restaurante del Hotel Xcaret Arte y será en
un horario de 2 horas.
Nuestro evento será de suma importancia y por ello le tenemos preparado una cena especial hecha
por nuestro mejor chef con una Estrella Michelin, contaremos con música en vivo de Jazz, así mismo
habrá una degustación de los mejores vinos del mundo.
Finalizando el evento realizaremos una rifa con distintos premios como un Tesla Roadster, 2 pases
para la NBA, un IPhone 15 Pro-Max, un viaje para Maldivas, entre otros premios más. Por lo que
esperamos mucho su asistencia y no dude que será invitado en futuros eventos o reuniones.
Para aclarar el evento tendrá un código de vestimenta White Tie, está invitación tiene pase para dos
personas por lo tanto tiene que presentar esta carta al momento de ingresar al hotel. De antemano

Conclusion:

I found this activity very interesting, as I learned how to develop a timeshare letter, I also learned
new words such as stimulation and elitist, as well as how to pose these two in a letter. This will be
of great help to be able to continue with the next project and continue dealing with a prospect.
