Los componentes del kit son estables hasta la fecha de caducidad indicada en la etiqueta, OLYMPUS AU-480
cuando se mantienen bien cerrados a 2-8ºC, protegidos de la luz y se evita su contaminación
durante el uso.

Ref. 1001101. Reactivo listo para su uso.

CHE LQ+ DIB: Usar un ratio de mezcla de 5 vol de R1 (Ref. 41210) + 1 vol de Dibucaína (Ref. 1001101). Mezclar durante 5 minutos, evitando
la formación de espuma, y dejar atemperar el reactivo dentro del analizador 10 minutos antes de su uso.
El RT es estable 1 día a 2-8ºC.
El reactivo 2 (Ref. 41210) está listo para su uso.

CALIBRACIÓN
Utilizar un suero de calibración adecuado (CFAS Ref. 1002011).

All the components of the kit are stable until the expiration date on the label when stored tightly
closed at 2-8ºC, protected from light and contaminations prevented during their use.

Ref. 1001101. Ready to use.

CHE LQ+ DIB: Mix 5 vol of R1 (Ref. 41210) with 1 vol of Dibucaine (Ref. 1001101).
Mix gently to dissolve contents and stabilize the working reagent inside on the reagent disk of the analyzer for 10 minutes before it use. The WR
is stable 1 day at 2-8ºC.
The R2 (Ref. 41210) is ready to use.

CALIBRATION
Use a human serum calibrator (CFAS Ref. 1002011) or the calibrator included on the kit.
