The integrated transport management program is designed to
allow logistics processes to be carried out in an efficient and
fast way, as well as to recognize the entities which govern
transport in Colombia to guarantee their good service and at
the same time the responsibilities that come with using and
providing these services, responding in turn to the needs of
both the logistics sector and the companies and clients
involved.
The main purpose of integrated transport management is to
reduce errors and speed up solutions. looking for the
maximum quality for the product or service offered.

Other purposes are:

✓ Eliminate unnecessary stages in the chain

✓ Avoid unnecessary handling of products so that they are
kept in the best possible condition.
✓ Maximum control of stocks, thus avoiding excesses or
lack of stocks.
✓ Reduce logistics cost
✓ Control the vehicle and the programming to be used
through strategy
 This plays a
very important
and key role in
the processes
in the supply
chain in a
company.

It is also very
important
because it helps
connect users
and distributors
so that the
delivery process
can be carried
out.
My expectations with this program are too high, because it is very
interesting and in addition to the wide labor margin that it has, thus
being able to exercise and expand my knowledge to apply it for the
good of the company for which I work.

Although it is no secret to anyone that money is a great motivation,

knowing that you are going to earn more money by applying what you
have learned and besides being a topic that I am very passionate
about.
