ABSTRACT: Instruction for the preparation of the full papers for the Proceedings of the WTC 2021 is presented. This template provides
you with an example of the layout and style, which we wish you to adopt during the preparation of your paper. Please, make an abstract as
short as possible (5~8 lines). Authors of papers to proceedings have to type these in a form suitable for direct photographic reproduction by
the publisher. In order to ensure uniform style throughout the volume, all the papers have to be prepared strictly according to the instructions
set below
