RESOLUCION NUMERO DIECISIETE:
Iquitos, tres de julio
Del dos mil veintitrés.-

DADO CUENTA; el escrito N° 6578-2023 presentado por la

demandante, estando a lo solicitado, se advierte que señala diversas cuentas
cuyo titular seria la parte demandada, por lo que, esta Judicatura, a efectos
de establecer o determinar el carácter embargable de los fondos en cuenta
de la entidad estatal demandada, DISPONE: 1) CUMPLA GERENCIA REGIONAL
DE EDUCACION DE LORETO y GOBIERNO REGIONAL DE LORETO en el término de
CINCO DÍAS HÁBILES con acreditar y sustentar documentalmente la naturaleza
y destino de la cuenta indicada en el referido escrito, es decir, si corresponde
o no a fondos de dominio público y, por ende, si tiene el carácter de
intangibles; asimismo, deberá precisar también la cuenta destinada al pago
de sentencias judiciales; bajo apercibimiento de multa de una URP; en
consecuencia; 2) CUMPLA EL PROCURADOR PÚBLICO, quien ejerce la defensa
del Estado, conforme a lo señalado en el artículo 47° de la Constitución Política
del Perú, con realizar las coordinaciones correspondientes con la demandada,
a fin de poder DAR CUMPLIMIENTO A LO ORDENADO EN AUTOS, fecho ello,
dese cuenta para expedir la resolución correspondiente. Avocándose al
conocimiento de la presente causa el señor Juez que suscribe la presente e
interviniendo la Secretaria Judicial que da cuenta por disposición superior.
