dice que la licoisoflavona B mostró la mayor actividad fungitóxica contra los hongos
Colletotrichum gloesporioides y Cladosporium cladosporioides, seguida de la luteona y
la licoisoflavona A, mientras que las otras isoflavonas (2'-hidroxigenisteína, agustona A,
B, C y genisteína) mostraron una actividad baja y que no se dieron más detalles sobre si
esto puede tener una mayor incidencia o no en la resistencia a la antracnosis, o al menos
en la tolerancia. Pero en la búsqueda de información que se tiene se demuestra que la 2
´- hidroxigenisteina es un precursor de isoflavona antimicótica al catalizar 3´- B- anillos
de prenilación que produce isowighteone el cual es una isoflavona antimicótica que
produce lupinus ante calletotrichum. Las estructuras de isoflavonas presente es chocho o
tarwi (lupinis mutabilis) son:
Reacción PCR: tampón para PCR 10X (200 mM Tris-HCl pH 8,4 500 mM KCl),
MgCL2 50 mM, 100 mM de desoxirribonucleótidos trifosfato dNTP´s (dATP, dGTP,
dCTP y dTTP) (Invitrogen), Taq DNA polimerasa 5U/μl (Invitrogen), agua destilada
desionizada estéril y partidores específicos para amplificar regiones ITS (Internally
Transcribed Spacer) y fragmentos de ADN polimorficos al azar (RAPDs) (10 pmol/μL)
(MWG-Biotech).
