RESOLUCIÓN DE CONTRALORÍA N° 195-88-CG, EJECUCIÓN DE OBRAS

PUBLICAS POR ADMINISTRACIÓN DIRECTA
Decreto Legislativo N° 1439, Decreto Legislativo del Sistema Nacional de
Abastecimiento.
Ley N° 30225, Ley de Contrataciones del Estado.
Decreto Supremo N° 344-2018-EF se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley N° 30225.

I. ANTECEDENTES:

RESOLUCIÓN DE GERENCIA MUNICIPAL Nº 049-2021-GM-MDCH-H, donde

se resuelve la aprobación del expediente técnico del proyecto de la referencia (3).
REQUERIMIENTO N° 054-2021- JOS/GDUR
ORDEN DE COMPRA N° 00015
INFORME N° 025-2022-WFLM/SO, informe emitido por el Ing. WALDO
FERNANDO LASTRA MORALES supervisor de la obra de la referencia (3) donde
da conformidad de pago de CINTA DE SEGURIDAD DE PELIGRO.
INFORME N° 025-2022-RO-YLLC-MDCH, informe emitido por el Ing. YENI
LLANCO CAMPOS residente de la obra de la referencia (3) donde da conformidad
pago de CINTA DE SEGURIDAD DE PELIGRO.

II. ANÁLISIS:

En atención al INFORME N° 025-2022-WFLM/SO, emitida por Ing. WALDO

FERNANDO LASTRA MORALES (SUPERVISOR DE OBRA), donde da
conformidad de pago de CINTA DE SEGURIDAD DE PELIGRO para la obra
“MEJORAMIENTO DE LA GESTIÓN AMBIENTAL MEDIANTE LA
REFORESTACIÓN, EN LOS ANEXOS DE CHICLA, RIO BLANCO Y CARUYA
DEL DISTRITO DE CHICLA-PROVINCIA DE HUAROCHIRI-DEPARTAMENTO
DE LIMA”, CUI 2531344.
Por otra parte, visto el INFORME N° 025-2022-WFLM/SO, donde el Ing. WALDO
FERNANDO LASTRA MORALES (SUPERVISOR DE OBRA) otorga la
conformidad al proveedor MANUEL JESUS ANGELES ALEJOS con RUC:
10094867938, siendo responsabilidad del SUPERVISOR DE OBRA el haber
supervisado y verificado el cumplimiento de la entrega de CINTA DE SEGURIDAD
DE PELIGRO de la referencia (3) de acuerdo a la ORDEN DE COMPRA N° 00015,
según el REQUERIMIENTO N° 054-2021- JOS/GDUR de la obra en referencia (3).

III. CONCLUSIONES:

Teniendo los documentos probatorios de conformidad otorgado por el Ing. YENI

LLANCO CAMPOS (Residente de obra) y el Ing. WALDO FERNANDO LASTRA
MORALES (Supervisor de obra), esta GERENCIA DE DESARROLLO URBANO Y
RURAL concluye que se AUTORICE el pago de la ORDEN DE COMPRA N° 00015
– CINTA DE SEGURIDAD DE PELIGRO para la obra “MEJORAMIENTO DE LA
GESTIÓN AMBIENTAL MEDIANTE LA REFORESTACIÓN, EN LOS ANEXOS
DE CHICLA, RIO BLANCO Y CARUYA DEL DISTRITO DE CHICLA-
PROVINCIA DE HUAROCHIRI-DEPARTAMENTO DE LIMA”, POR UN MONTO
DE S/ 200.00 (SON DOSCIENTOS con 00/100 soles), a favor del MANUEL JESUS
ANGELES ALEJOS con RUC: 10094867938.
