Teniendo en cuenta de manera contractual el apéndice Técnico 1 – Parte 2 – Especificaciones técnicas particulares – 2.9. Especificaciones
Sociales, se debe ejecutar el sistema de atención a la comunidad, para garantizar esta atención comunitaria, teniendo en cuenta que el área
de influencia de cada corredor férreo es bastante amplia, se contempla que adicional a la atención dada en las oficinas, se establezca la
atención móvil, definiendo un horario en que el profesional social se desplace a los sitios de obra activos.

La finalidad de la oficina móvil de atención a la comunidad consiste en acercar el proyecto a la comunidad, ofrecer información sobre el
avance de este, resolver dudas, inquietudes e identificar posibles situaciones que en un momento dado puedan ser factor de conflicto como:

● Información clara sobre ruta de empleabilidad

● Actividades comunitarias para el mejoramiento de relaciones entre el proyecto y el AI
● Permiso de accesos a los predios y senderos peatonales
● Que la disposición de materiales no afecte la visibilidad de los predios o el acceso a los mismos, entre otros.

Para cumplir con este requerimiento se debe adquirir una carpa plegable de 2x2 mts, con cuatro (4) laterales en lona verano alta tenacidad
100%, laminada en PVC flexible, color a su elección con logo en impresion digital full color, 100% impermeable con protección anti-hongo y
contra rayos U.V, electro sellado por alta frecuencia, de fácil lavado, vitrales cortinas en misma lona una puerta enrollable en lona de 2x2,
publicidad en cada cortina de acuerdo con los diseños entregados.

Diseño techo de la carpa en triángulo con diagonal 1.90 metros de caída x 2 metros de ancho y logos a los cuatro lados de la carpa. Con
empaque tipo lona espesor mínimo 0.5mm o material de mayor resistencia, en color negro, con cremallera metálica de color negro, en el
empaque debe ir la estructura y la carpa. Estructura Plegable en tubería cuadrada de 3/4” calibre 18, Parales en tubo collrolled, unido con
tornillo y tuerca de seguridad cincado y terminados con tapón plásticos, soldadura tipo Mig, acabado final en pintura electrostática o al horno.

To meet this requirement, a 2x2 meter folding tent must be purchased, with four (4) sides in 100% high tenacity summer canvas, laminated
in flexible PVC, color of your choice with logo in full color digital printing, 100% waterproof with anti-fungus and UV-ray protection, high-
frequency electro-sealing, easy to wash, stained glass curtains in the same canvas, a 2x2 canvas roll-up door, advertising on each curtain
according to the designs delivered.

Roof design of the tent in a triangle with a diagonal of 1.90 meters of drop x 2 meters of width and logos on the four sides of the tent. With
canvas-type packaging, minimum thickness 0.5mm or more resistant material, in black, with a black metal zipper, the structure and the tent
must be included in the packaging. Folding structure in 3/4” 18 gauge square tubing, collrolled tube studs, joined with a galvanized screw
and safety nut and finished with a plastic cap, Mig welding, final finish in electrostatic or baked paint.
