En relación al envío n° SP004868482CL asociado al reclamo n° CS4293856, tras la investigación

realizada, éste se ha definido como extraviado. Le comunicamos que el servicio SRP (Servicio
Registrado Prioritario) contempla indemnización al remitente en caso de extravío, merma o daño
por parte de CorreosChile, por tanto, según estipula el acuerdo comercial, el reembolso del
producto será pagado de forma directa a su proveedor.

Puesto que CorreosChile indemniza al remitente, su proveedor deberá responder directamente a

usted, de acuerdo a las condiciones de servicio y garantías contratadas en vigencia. Por lo
anteriormente señalado, sugerimos que realice la programación de un nuevo despacho del
producto o bien la tramitación el reembolso de dinero a través de su proveedor.
En nombre de CorreosChile, lamentamos los inconvenientes que esta situación le haya causado.
Informado esto, se procederá a dar cierre a este ticket.

According to the result of the internal investigation, the shipment n° SP004868482CL, related to
the claim n° CS4293856, has been declared as lost. We inform you that the SRP service (Priority
Registered Service) provides compensation to the sender in case of loss, lack of content or damage
caused by CorreosChile. Therefore, as stipulated in the commercial agreement, the refund for the
product will be paid directly to your supplier.

Given that CorreosChile indemnifies the sender, your supplier must respond directly to you, in
according to the service conditions and the current guarantees contracted. Due to the above, we
recommend that you schedule a new delivery of the product or process the refund of money
through your supplier.
