According to the result of the internal investigation, the shipment n° SP011649255CL related to the
claim CS4930149, has been declared as lost. We inform you that the SRP service (Priority
Registered Service) provides compensation to the sender in case of loss, lack of content or damage
caused by CorreosChile. Therefore, as stipulated in the commercial agreement, the refund for the
product will be paid directly to your supplier.
Given that CorreosChile indemnifies the sender, your supplier must respond directly to you, in
according to the service conditions and the current guarantees contracted. Due to the above, we
recommend that you schedule a new delivery of the product or process the refund of money
through your supplier.
