RESUMEN

La finalidad del trabajo de tesis es dar a conocer lo que se ha estado llevando a cabo como
proyecto dentro del ámbito industrial que este caso se enfoca en el cálculo e instalación de
tablero de protecciones eléctricas a motores de planta tratadora de agua.

Para esto se necesita una serie de diversos cálculos basados en la norma NOM-001 SEDE
2012 para así llevar a cabo el buen funcionamiento de cada uno de los motores donde se
realizará el cálculo de los conductores, es muy importante la selección del calibre del
conductor que utilizaremos en la instalación para determinar el buen funcionamiento y
seguridad de los equipos que alimentarán y de las personas que interactuarán con las
instalaciones.

Para brindar una protección integral, una vez que se determina el número de conductores a
utilizar en una trayectoria, es necesario seleccionar la canalización adecuada respetando el
factor de relleno, tipo de material, número de curvas y método de instalación.

A base de lo antes mencionado también se realizará el cálculo de los interruptores en el

tablero de distribución que es un componente de sistema eléctrico de distribución que
divide una alimentación de energía eléctrica en circuitos derivados, al tiempo que
proporciona un disyuntor o fusible de protección para cada circuito y sin embargo un
interruptor es un dispositivo presente en todo tipo de propiedades, que sirve para desviar o
interrumpir la conexión eléctrica, como resultado nuestra planta estará en buenas
condiciones y claro todo calculado y protegiendo la maquinaria.
 Abstract

The purpose of the thesis work is to make known what has been carried out as a project with in the
industrial field that this case focuses on the calculation and installation of electrical protection board
for motors of a water treated plant.

For this, a series of various calculations based on the NOM-001 SEDE 2012 standard is needed in
order to carry out the proper functioning of each of the motors where the calculation of the
conductors will be carried out, the selection of the caliber is very important. of the conductor that
we will use in the installation to determine the proper functioning and safety of the equipment that
will feed and of the people that will interact with the installations.

In order to provide comprehensive protection, once the number of conductors to be used in a path is
determined, it is necessary to select the appropriate conduit respecting the fill factor, type of
material, number of curves and installation method.

Based on the aforementioned, the calculation of the switches in the distribution board will also be
carried out, which is a component of the electrical distribution system that divides a power supply
into branch circuits, while providing a circuit breaker or protection fuse for each circuit and
however a switch is a device present in all types of properties, which serves to divert or interrupt the
electrical connection, as a result our plant will be in good condition and of course everything
calculated and protecting the machinery.
