ACTA DE ENTREGA DE CARGO

Con fecha 03 de octubre del 2022, mi persona fue comunicado por parte de la Sub Gerente de Logística y Servicios Generales, el cese de
mis funciones en el puesto de Asistente legal del Área de Adquisiciones, por lo que, dejo el puesto que venía desempeñando hasta la
fecha y mediante el presente documento hago entrega del cargo que desempeñaba.

En cumplimiento con lo requerido administrativamente por la Municipalidad Provincial de Mariscal Nieto, cumplo con enumerar los
