ASUNTO : INFORME DE ACTIVIDADES DEL SEGUNDO ENTREGABLE EN EL AREA
DE ABASTECIMIENTO.

Es grato dirigirme a Ud. Para hacerle llegar mí cordial saludo y al mismo tiempo informarle de
las actividades realizadas en las oficinas del área de abastecimiento de la UGEL - TOCACHE,
en mi calidad de apoyo administrativo en el área mencionadas correspondiente a los días
laborado desde el 01 al 30 de noviembre del año 2022:

Actividades:
 Realizar órdenes de servicios y órdenes de compra que se ejecutan en la oficina de
abastecimiento.
 Elaboración de informes para la certificación presupuestal.
 Emitir y hacer seguimiento a todas las órdenes de compras o servicios previa aprobación
de las personas responsables.
 Otras funciones que le asigne su jefe inmediato.
- Adjunto evidencias de mis labores realizadas.
