 Print pages 3-4 front to back, and pages 5-6 front to back. (You may need to adjust the settings on your printer so they print along the
correct edge)
 Fold the booklet in half and staple.
 Print and cut out the squares on page 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. Glue one onto each page (kids will need help matching the flaps to the correct
pages). It should look like this:
