El retiro de Busuku está diseñado para que los que tienen experiencia en
la no- meditación se familiaricen con la naturaleza de la mente.
Dzogchen es la conexión con la base y su espontaneidad. Las claves son
la no-acción y la no-meditación, y la simplicidad en sí misma es una
manera de ser. En concreto, practicaremos las fases de “cortar a través”
(Treckcho) y de “pasar por encima” (Togal), primero en series y después
ambas a la vez.

The Busuku retreat is designed to familiarize those wit hexperience of
non-meditation with the nature of mind. Dzogchen is connection with the
ground of being and its spontaneity. Non-action and non-meditation are
the key words and simplicity it self is the mode of being. Technically
speaking, we practice the 'breaking through' (trekche) and
'leapover' (togal) phases of Dzogchen in series and then together.
