POR LA CUAL SE ESTABLECEN LOS REQUISITOS NECESARIOS PARA LA

AUTORIZACIÓN INDIVIDUAL PARA EL USO DE EQUIPOS GENERADORES
DE RADIACIONES IONIZANTES O LA MANIPULACIÓN DE SUSTANCIAS
RADIACTIVAS A PERSONAL OCUPACIONALMENTE EXPUESTO DE NIVEL
TÉCNICO CON EL PROPÓSITO DE SER REGISTRADO.

POR LA CUAL SE APRUEBAN LAS GUÍAS DE SEGURIDAD PARA LOS

ESTABLECIMIENTOS QUE UTILICEN RADIACIONES IONIZANTES EN EL
ÁREA DE LA SALUD PARA SU POSTERIOR REGISTRO.

POR LA CUAL SE FACULTA AL DEPARTAMENTO DE PROTECCIÓN

RADIOLÓGICA Y SEGURIDAD NUCLEAR A PROCEDER AL REGISTRO DE
LAS INSTALACIONES QUE UTILICEN RADIACIONES IONIZANTES EN EL
ÁREA DE LA SALUD, COMO ASÍ TAMBIÉN LOS EQUIPOS GENERADORES Y
SUSTANCIAS RADIACTIVAS Y SE ESTABLECEN PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA
LAS INSPECCIONES DE HABILITACIÓN DE RUTINA DE CIERRE Y NO
PREVISTAS DE DICHAS INSTALACIONES, TANTO PARA LOCALES
PÚBLICOS COMO PRIVADOS DE TODA LA REPÚBLICA

Artículo 4°
Disponer que las inspecciones se lleven a cabo con los siguientes representantes:
a) En el caso de Radiología Diagnóstica:
1 Profesional del Departamento de Protección Radiológica y Seguridad Nuclear.
1 Profesional del Departamento de Registro y Habilitación de Establecimientos.
1 Técnico del Departamento de Mantenimiento del MSP y BS.
1 Representante de la Sociedad Paraguaya de Radiología.

b) En el caso de Medicina Nuclear:

1 Profesional del Departamento de Protección Radiológica y Seguridad Nuclear.
1 Profesional del Departamento de Registro y Habilitación de Establecimientos.
1 Técnico en equipos del MSP y BS.

c) En el caso de Laboratorios de Radioinmunoanálisis:

1 Profesional del Departamento de Protección Radiológica y Seguridad Nuclear.
1 Profesional del Departamento de Registro y Habilitación de Establecimientos.
1 Profesional del Departamento de Laboratorios.
1 Representante de la Sociedad Paraguaya de Bioquímicos.

d) En el caso de Radioterapia, Teleterapia, Braquiterapia:

1 Profesional del Departamento de Protección Radiológica y Seguridad Nuclear.
1 Profesional del Departamento de Registro y Habilitación de Establecimientos.
1 Técnico en equipos del MSP y BS.
