In this integrative learning product we saw and learned a lot of knowledge based
on our descriptive statistics subject, which we were able to learn more about the
importance and see if how statistics are based, statistics has become an important
tool in the processes of research, since it allows planning, organizing, representing,
analyzing and interpreting the information referring to individuals or observations of
a phenomenon that is being studied. In addition, statistics has its branches, which
are two: descriptive and inferential statistics, descriptive statistics is based on
methods that describe and/or characterize a group of data, while inferential
statistics seek to deduce and draw conclusions about more general situations.
Beyond the set of data obtained, these concepts are a little of everything we have
seen throughout the semester, each topic seen has an importance and each one
leads us to have more knowledge about things seen previously. In this project we
will rely on a database entitled "real estate" based on this database we as a team
will make and make frequency tables of some of the data (relative, absolute and
percentage frequency), identify which are the variables qualitative and quantitative
data from the database, as well as to see what its level of measurement, make the
graphs seen in class, in this case we will focus on the bar and pie graphs.
Calculate the mode, mean and median and the standard deviation of the non-
grouped data of the quantitative variable, we will make the dynamic tables where
we will base ourselves on the number of houses with a pool. Performing all these
requirements will be of great help to us, so we can see the knowledge we acquired
by doing this evidence, and see the performance we had both individually and as a
team.
Valores.
Honestidad.
Trabajo en equipo.
Responsabilidad.
equipo y apoyarnos

Record = Property identification number
Agent = Name of the real estate agent assigned to the
property
Price = Market price in dollars
Size = Livable square feet of the property
Bedrooms = Number of
bedrooms
Baths = Number of bathrooms
Pool = Does the home have a pool? (1 =
yes, 0 = no)
Garage = Does the home have an attached garage (1 = yes, 0 =
no)
Days = Number of days of the property on the market

rates
plus 1% (i.e. the interest rate AND the payment is likely to change each year
after
the 5th year)
Years = the number of years that the mortgage loan has been
paid
FICO = the credit score of the mortgage loan holder. The highest score is
850; an
average score is 680, a low score is below 680. The score reflects a person’s
ability
to pay their debts.
Default = Is the mortgage loan in default? (1 = yes, 0 =
no)
