SARS-CoV-2 One-Step RT-PCR Kit, IVD (NZYTech). El kit incluye el análisis del gen RdRp del virus SARS-CoV-2 y un gen humano
como control de toma de muestra. RNA extraction from an oropharyngeal and/or nasopharyngeal sample and relative
quantification by RT-qPCR with the kit SARS-CoV-2 One-Step RT-PCR Kit, IVD (NZYTech).The kit includes the analysis of RdRp
SARS-CoV-2 virus gene and one human gene as a sampling control.

Limitaciones/Limitations
1. Un solo resultado negativo de la prueba, particularmente si se trata de una muestra del tracto respiratorio superior, no
excluye la infección. Se recomienda la repetición de la prueba en muestra del tracto respiratorio inferior si la infección es
