El domingo por la mañana alquilaron una sombrilla grande en la playa, ya que el sol
era muy fuerte. Se sentaron debajo de la sombrilla y el señor Martin ayudó a sus
hijos a hacer un castillo de arena con torrecillas y un puente levadizo.

Por la tarde dieron un paseo por el paseo marítimo que estaba lleno de turistas de
muchos países.

El domingo por la mañana se volvieron a bañar en el mar pero por la tarde volvieron
a Madrid.

At the seaside.

Last week the Martins went to Benidorm. They stayed at the Park Hotel, which is
near the beach.

The weather was very good. The sun shone brightly all the time.

As soon as they arrived at the hotel, they put on their bsthing-suits and went to
the beach. They sunbathed and had a swim in the sea. The water was warm.

On Saturday morning they rented a big umbrella on the beach, as the sun was very
strong. They sat under the umbrella and Mr. Martin helped his children to make a
sand castle with turrets and a drawbridge.

In the afternoon they went for a walk along the promenade, which was full of
tourists from a lot of countries.

On Sunday morning they had another swim in the sea, but in the afternoon they came
back to Madrid.
