Resumen

Esta experiencia se realizó con el objetivo de analizar los rayos x, como se forman, características y su
difracción, de igual forma si se estudia la difracción se debe tener en cuenta la ley de bragg, dando por hecho que
esta ley permite conocer rayos X y los ángulos en los que estos son difractados por materiales cristalinos debido a
las interferencias que esta (Ley de bragg) produce en la superficie de un cristal para observar el choque de
electrones con un material metálico. Para finalizar con todo el conocimiento necesario que se debe saber acerca de
los rayos X en el campo de la física

Abstract
This experience was carried out with the objective of analyzing x-rays, how they are formed, characteristics
and their diffraction, likewise if diffraction is studied, Bragg's law must be taken into account, taking for granted
that this law allows to know X-rays and the angles at which these are diffracted by crystalline materials due to the
interferences that this (Bragg's law) produces on the surface of a crystal to observe the collision of electrons with a
