 Copia simple de DNI del padre o madre/apoderado (traer carta notarial de apoderado)
 Copia simple de recibo de agua, luz o internet
NOTA: NO SE ENTREGARÁ LA TABLET SI VIENE SOLO EL ESTUDIANTE O SOLO EL PADRE DE
FAMILIA.
