Reassembly Procedure
The reassembly procedure is the reverse of the disassembly procedure.
Note:
Clean each of disassembled parts before Inspection.
1. Use a soft brush to wash and clean casting parts.
2. Clean carbon deposit from around the throttle valve.
3. Wash other parts.
4. Use compressed air to blow dirt and foreign matters from the jet and fuel passages and from the
sliding contact portion.
Do not use a wire for cleaning the jet at it may deform the hole.
