1. All equipment shall be tropicalized to be suitable for operation in a corrosive and moist atmosphere. 27
2. All internal and external materials shall be as minimum as indicated. Materials shall be selected to withstand corrosion, erosion and wear under severe service 28
conditions. Manufacturer shall specify and include proper internal and external parts materials to fully comply with process fluid and conditions. Vendor is

responsible for selection of all internal and external parts material according to process conditions and fluid data.

3. Valve shall have a permanently attached S.S tag stamped with the following information: Identification tag and P.O number.
4. Valve shall be designed according to ASME B16.5, ASME B16.10 and ASME B16.34 31
5. Valve must be delivered fully assembled with all accessories and other equipment listed in this data sheet mounted. 32
6. Vendor shall provide area classification certificate for Explossion Proof instrument. Ingress protection degree shall be NEMA 4X or IP equivalent. 33

comply with process fluid and conditions. Vendor is responsible for selection of all internal and external parts material according to
process conditions and fluid data.
3. Vendor shall verify, confirm and submit valve sizing calculations (including valve size and Cv), according to service conditions and

process data indicated herewith.
4. Intrument shall have a permantly attached nameplate in 304 S.S stamped with following information: P.O Number, model number,

serial number, identification tag.
5. Air pressure regulator shall be included. Vendor shall supply all accesories, such as filters, gauges, block valves required for

correctoperation of ragulator.
6. Fugitive emmissions level according to packing material. Vendor shall comply to ISO 15848 1&2 requirements. 50
7. Calibration, materials and hydrostatic test certificates shall be delivered. 51
8. Vendor shall comply with all specifications indicated on technical specification Doc. No. ECP-VST-P-INS-ET-001. 52
9. Materials according to Piping Material Class Specification A3-1FA API TRIM No. 8. Vendor shall guarantee proper material selection to

comply with Piping Material Class Specification.
10. Vendor shall provide area classification certificate for Explosion Proof instrument. Ingress protection degree shall be NEMA 4X or IP
