Music Entertainment ("Company") featuring the
performance of the recording artist [Mau y
Ricky] (the “Concert”) intended for initial
exhibition on the streaming platform, HBO
Max, in a program tentatively titled "Live On
Max" (the “Program”).

Appearance, the Concert and/or Program may reach
an audience of various ages, and that my
participation in the Concert and Program will be
part of a larger work, which could be edited in such
a way that I appear in contexts or places, or with
people or things, other than those I might presently
contemplate, and that my Appearance could be
edited to change the intent, content or context of
what was originally recorded. I acknowledge and
agree that the Concert, Program and/or any portion
thereof (including without limitation, behind the
scenes footage) will be distributed to the public.
I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold
harmless Company, WM, and each of their parents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, licensees,
assignees and all persons and/or entities acting
under each of their control or those for whom they
are acting, from any liability, loss, demands or
Claims, whether now known or unknown, based
upon or related to: (i) defamation or other violations
of rights to privacy, publicity or any similar matter;
(ii) the use of my Appearance, (including without
limitation, any alterations thereof); and (iii) any
loss, damage or injury, including death, that I may
sustain in connection with my Appearance. I
represent to the best of my knowledge that the
consent of no other person or entity is required to
enable Company to use my Appearance in
accordance with the terms set forth herein and that

el Concierto y en el Programa formará parte de una
obra más amplia, que pueda ser editada de manera
que yo aparezca en contextos o lugares diferentes,
o con personas o cosas diferentes a las que puedo
contemplar en la actualidad, y que mi Imagen puede
ser editada para cambiar la intención, contenido o
contexto originalmente grabado. Reconozco y
acepto que el Concierto, el Programa y/o cualquier
parte del mismo (incluyendo, sin limitación, las
grabaciones de los bastidores) se distribuirán al
público.
Por el presente documento libero, exonero y acepto
eximir la responsabilidad de la Compañía, WM, y a
cada una de sus empresas matrices, subsidiarias,
afiliadas, representantes, licenciatarios, cesionarios
y a todas las personas y/o entidades que actúan bajo
su control o para las cuales actúan, de cualquier
responsabilidad, pérdida, reclamación o demanda,
ya sea conocida o desconocida, relacionadas con:
(i) la difamación u otras violaciones de los derechos
de privacidad, publicidad o cualquier objeto
similar; (ii) el uso de mi Imagen, (incluyendo, sin
limitación, cualquier alteración de la misma); y (iii)
cualquier pérdida, daño o lesión, incluyendo la

Imagen. Declaro, a mi leal saber y entender, que no
se requiere el consentimiento de ninguna otra

I understand that Company may assign the rights
and/or extend this permission to third parties, in
Company’s sole discretion, in connection with any
of the permitted uses indicated above, and I
understand that Company and those others will be
relying on and incurring certain expenses based on
my having given Company this permission. I
acknowledge that, other than as stated herein,
Company has not said or promised anything to
induce me to grant Company this permission. This
permission, and all the rights granted to Company
and WM, are irrevocable and not subject to
rescission, revocation, or termination. My sole
remedy for breach of any provision of this
Agreement shall be an action at law for damages,
and in no event shall I seek or be entitled to
injunctive or other equitable relief by reason of any
breach or threatened breach of this release, or for
any other reason pertaining hereto, nor shall I be
entitled to seek to enjoin or restrain the exhibition,
distribution, advertising, exploitation or marketing
of the Concert and/or Program.
This agreement is to be construed and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Any action to enforce the provisions hereof shall be
brought in a court in the County of New York, and
I hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such
courts.

ha dicho ni prometido nada que me induzca a
conceder este permiso a la Compañía. Este permiso,
y todos los derechos concedidos a la Compañía y a
WM, son irrevocables y no están sujetos a
rescisión, revocación o finalización. Mi único
recurso en caso de incumplimiento de cualquiera
de las disposiciones de este Acuerdo será una
acción judicial por daños y perjuicios y en ningún
caso solicitaré o tendré derecho a una medida
cautelar u otra reparación equitativa por razón de
cualquier incumplimiento o amenaza de
incumplimiento de este comunicado, o por
cualquier otra razón relacionada con este Acuerdo,
ni tendré derecho a solicitar o restringir la
exhibición, distribución, publicidad, explotación o
marketing del Concierto y/o el Programa.
El presente Acuerdo de leerá e interpretará de
acuerdo con las leyes del Estado de Nueva York.
Cualquier acción para hacer cumplir las
disposiciones de este Acuerdo se llevará a cabo en
un Tribunal del Condado de Nueva York, y me
someto a la jurisdicción exclusiva de dichos
tribunales.

prevalecerá en todos los aspectos, así como en
caso de incoherencias con las versiones
