Abstract: This page is oriented to point out the importance of the philo-
sophical dialogue in the classroom as an essential part in the education of
children, taking into account the thoughts of Paulo Freire and Mathew
Lipman, who consider education as a way to keep a conversation in favor
of the liberation and transformation of the society. Children in front of
Paulo Freire and Mathew Lipman thoughts, in the dialogue community,
stay the basis to the reaffirmation of them as fundamental beings in Latin
American society and their recognition as thinking and conscious human
being, able to criticize their own role in the humanity.

rescatados por parte de las mismas etnias. Mas, esto será posible
únicamente a partir del momento en que todos comencemos a
ver las relaciones “centro-periferia” como históricas, y las des-
pojemos de hipostasiaciones, esencializaciones, absolutizacio-
nes, destemporalizaciones y sacralizaciones.11
