Excelentisimo senor presidente:

Tengo el honor de remitir a usted, para los fines constitucionales, la resolucion que
aprueba el acuerdo sobre el Pliego de Condiciones Vinculantes, suscrito entre el
Estado dominicano y Pfizer, Inc., corporacion organizada y existente bajo las leyes
del Estado de Delaware, Estados Unidos, para el suministro de siete millones
novecientos noventa y nueve mil ochocientos setenta y cinco (7,999,875) dosis de la
vacuna de ARNm BNT162, dirigida contra el SARS-CoV-2, para prevenir la infeccion
por COVID-19, por un monto total de noventa y cinco millones novecientos noventa y
ocho mil quinientos dolares de los Estados Unidos de America con 00/100
(US$95,998,500.00).

La referida resolucion fue aprobada por el Pleno de la Camara de Diputados en

sesion del 27 de enero de 2021.

VISTO: El Acuerdo sobre el Pliego de Condiciones Vinculantes,

suscrito entre el Estado dominicano y la corporacion Pfizer, Inc. ,

remitido al Congreso Nacional, via Senado de la Republica, por el

Poder Ejecutivo mediante Oficio No.000798, de fecha 18 de enero de

2021.

RESUELVE:

UNICO: APROBAR El Acuerdo sobre el Pliego de Condiciones

Vinculantes, suscrito entre el Estado dominicano, representado por el

K Ministro de Salud Publica y Asistencia Social, mediante Poder No.1-21,

de fecha 08 de enero de 2021 y la Pfizer, Inc., corporacion organizada

y existente bajo las leyes del Estado de Delaware, Estados Unidos,

para el suministro de siete millones novecientos noventa y nueve mil

ochocientos setenta y cinco (7,999,875) dosis de la vacuna de ARNm

BNT162, dirigida contra el SARS-COV-2, para prevenir la infeccion por

COVID-19, por un monto total de noventa y cinco millones novecientos

noventa y ocho mil quinientos dolares de los Estados Unidos de Ameri
