Al realizar los odds ratio entre las enfermedades cr�nicas y el deterioro cognitivo
se encontr� los siguientes resultados con un intervalo de confianza de IC95%.
Diabetes OR= 0,946 IC 95% (0,472 ? 1,895), Hipertensi�n OR=0,915 IC 95% (0,551 ?
1,519), Cardiopat�as OR= 0,759 IC95% (0,302-1,910), Hepatopat�as OR=0,781 IC95%
(0,286-2,136), Consumo de alcohol OR=1,241 IC95% (0,715-2,153), Consumo de
cigarrillo OR= 1,158 IC95% (0,673-1,993), Riesgo de accidente cerebrovascular OR=
1,563 (0,580-4,215), Riesgo de depresi�n OR=2,250 IC95% (1,052- 4,813) y tener
acompa�ante OR= 0,523 IC95% (0,278-0,982).

<td>Se observ� que seg�n los valores calculados existe un factor de riesgo seg�n
los valores reportados entre riesgo de depresi�n, y vivir con un acompa�ante con
tener deterioro cognitivo. En las dem�s asociaciones de las enfermedades cr�nicas
no se hallaron resultados estad�sticamente significativos. </td>
