Project: SEVERAL SMALL “DAILY LIFE” ACTIVITIES
Objective:Students will be able to communicate more developed in the past, discuss daily tasks, and
relate to familial, domestic, scholarly, and community aspects through all three communicative
modes.

PROJECT: Reportaje de la vida cotidiana de los estudiantes


Objective:  To use student’s knowledge of new vocabulary and to connect to actual events occurring in and around
the students’ daily life

RUBRICS total points possible = 200


Crear una Students will create interview questions about daily lives; activities,
encuesta likes and dislikes of events, wish they were doing, etc.
(¿qué (no) te gusta? ¿qué te gustaría hacer? ¿qué tienes que hacer?
¿qué tienes ganas de hacer? Etcétera)
Entrevistar Students will interview classmates using their created surveys. Show
the Q & A of your investigation on a spreadsheet.

Investigar Student will research at least 3 similar interview surveys or


articles/papers written about students’ daily lives. Create a google
doc with your findings.

TOTAL GRADE = 50%

Compartir Students will get into groups to discuss their findings and add to their
Google Doc a section of what members in their group found.

Presentar You will present to the class of your findings and how it compared
with your group members, then show a slide(s) .

Escribir The last section on your Google Doc is an essay comparing and
contrasting the findings, what you learned about this project, and the
sources.

TOTAL GRADE = 50%


PROJECT: Reportaje de la vida cotidiana de la comunidad
Objective:  To use student’s knowledge of new vocabulary and to connect to actual events occurring in and around
the students’ daily life

Diseñar una sitio Students will design a webpage helping Spanish speakers relocating
de web to our town. Create your design of a webpage where you will
enter/upload information. Areas of interest will reflect daily lives;
activities, likes and dislikes of events, wish they were doing, etc.

Entrevistar Students will interview classmates about what they would be


interested in seeing on a community webpage for Hispanics
relocating here. Show the Q & A of your investigation on a
spreadsheet.

Investigar Student will research at least 3 other community webpages. Create a


google doc with your findings.

TOTAL GRADE = 50%

Compartir Students will get into groups to discuss their findings and add to their
Google Doc a section of what members in their group found.
