 Elabore un vocabulario como mínimo de 10 términos técnicos en inglés,

con su respectivo significado en español.
TARIFF RATE: es un impuesto o gravamen que se aplica solo a los bienes que
son importados o exportados.
PERFORMANCE BOND: Es la garantía de cumplimiento de contrato que el
licitante ganador o que resulte adjudicado de una licitación deberá garantizar el
cumplimiento del contrato mediante fianza expedida a favor del beneficiario,
emitida por una institución afianzadora debidamente autorizada, por un importe
equivalente al 10% (diez por ciento) o a veces superior, del importe total del
contrato, que deberá entregar en días posteriores a la formalización del contrato.
BID BONDS: fianzas para licitaciones son la garantía de oferta aportada como

CUSTOMS DUTIES: Son las tarifas que gravan las mercancías en la importación,
la exportación y el tránsito, así como los impuestos fiscales, las disposiciones
complementarias y los índices correspondientes.
COMMERCIAL INVOICE: La factura comerciales el documento que el exportador
emite al importador como constancia de la venta realizada.
IMPORT LICENSE: Documento que otorga la Administración generalmente, el
Ministerio de Comercio de cada país para autorizar la entrada en territorio nacional
de determinadas mercancías.
VALUE ADDED TAX: El IVA o Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido es un impuesto
indirecto que grava el consumo doméstico final de productos y servicios
producidos tanto en el territorio nacional como en el exterior.
TARIFF CLASSIFICATION: La clasificación arancelaria es la identificación de un
producto o artículo determinado, con un código numérico denominado
Nomenclatura Arancelaria, que sustituye o expresa la descripción del producto o
artículo en las declaraciones aduaneras de importación o exportación.

Summary Compliance with foreign law

Currently, countries use laws and regulations to enforce imports and exports.
The laws must be complied with, they are applied according to the country and
the treaties they have, with the sole objective that the negotiations are correct
and successful. This article shows how an American exporter must be aware of
foreign laws in order for their negotiations to be successful. The exporter must
know each law of the country of destination and how it can affect if it does not
comply, you can use resources to obtain information such as advice from
banks, lawyers, agents or the client himself.

The seven most important examples of foreign law enforcement are:

1. Industry standards: One of the most important aspects for a successful

negotiation is that it complies with industry standards, it is used more like a

2. Foreign customs laws: It is important to know the import tariff amounts of
the products and also the tariff classification to determine the cost and that

3. Government contracting: negotiations with governmental entities or
governments require specialized documents, so it is very important to know

4. Buy American equivalent: For government sales it is important to know

aspects is to know if the destination country has specialized laws such as
the prohibition of products, the seller and the client must know if these laws
affect the negotiation.
