RESUMEN
ABSTRACT
This research was proposed in order to learn more about the processes of
transference within the limits that are consumed almost every day while
looking for a way to improve the ways in which all the processes that are
part of the creation of food. While applying knowledge related to chemical
engineering.
while trying to solve one of the problems in which the research was
focused was to analyze how the transfer of mass is carried out within the
most common food processes produced by the companies of the state of
Mexico in order to gather information as a priority it was sought what
should be the characteristics that should follow a process for the change
of state in the mass, will seek strategies for the realization of these
processes bring advantages within the same companies as well as
improve the way the processes are carried out. Our sources of research
more than anything referred to scientific articles as if defined as how to
carry out these transfer processes.
