PROGRAMACION DE INYECTORE MITSUBISHIDIESEL

Para poder equilibrar la cantidad de inyeccion y darle mayor rendimiento entre los
inyectores common rail . LAUNCH con el scaner X-431 desarrolló un método de
compensación de software para el nuevo sistema common rail que compensa
cantidad de inyección entre los inyectores. Cada inyector tiene un código de 30
dígitos que contiene su propia inyección . La computadora del motor reconoce cada
digito de inyector y compensa para ello para mantener necesario y realizar las
inyecciones con pequeñas cantidades de combustible , a altas precisión durante su
funcionamiento.

Proceso de reprogramar los inyectores diesel con X -431:

1- Utilizar versiones de software de Mitsubishi V27.00 o superior.

2- Conector a seleccionar en esta operación es el conector CAN BUS

3- Seleccionar el año a trabajar : FROM 2006

4- Luego seleccionar el Menu : GENERAL

5- Buscar el modelo TRITON/L200(KA#,KB)/STRADA(KA#,KB)

6- Le pedira el año de fabricación del vehículo : 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010

7- Seleccionar numero Vin de la carrocería :

KA4T – KA5T – KA9T – KB4T – KB5T – KB7T – KB8T – KB9T.

HJNUZL - HENML – NENMLW – NENMR – NJNML – NJNMLW – NJNMR.

AVISO : Cuando un inyector se sustituye, el código de

compensación inyector debe ser introducido en la ECM.
Cuando el ECM es reemplazado, con todos los existentes
los códigos de compensación inyector deben de ingresar en
la ECU. Los códigos de compensación inyector son de 30
dígitos, los valores impresos en la parte de la cabeza
de cada inyector. Si un inyector se ingresa de manera
Incorrecta el montaje del inyector podria ser sonajero o
el motor al ralentí tendria problemas ,como en altas
revoluciones . Además,el fallo del motor se puede producir
y la vida del motor puede reducirse

AVISO: No arrancar el motor.
