Una nueva oportunidad para postular a la lotería de visas tendrán los

ecuatorianos una vez que comience la fase de inscripción.

La lotería de visas implica la asignación de visas de diversidad por parte de

Estados Unidos. Cada año se entregan hasta 55.000 visas por una selección
aleatoria entre todas las aplicaciones ingresadas por las personas que cumplen
con los requisitos de elegibilidad de países con bajo índice de inmigración legal
a los Estados Unidos.

 Lotería de visas del 2022: Estados Unidos arrancará el 7 de octubre con la recepción
de solicitudes

El periodo para postular será del 7 de octubre al 10 de noviembre próximo y

solo lo podrá hacer en una ocasión, si se detecta múltiples registros será
excluido del proceso. Su cónyuge también podrá postular de manera individual,
pero si sale elegido el otro tendrá derecho a postularse como derivado
dependiente.
Entre los requisitos que deben cumplir los postulantes están: Tener estudios
secundarios terminados y si coloca experiencia laboral debe haber tenido dos
años de experiencia en la profesión que se requiera. Además de ser parte de
los países habilitados.

Pasos para participar de la lotería de visas 2022

 Ingrese al portal de aplicación a partir del 7 de octubre.
 Llene su formulario DS-5501 en línea.
 Una vez completada la información guarde la página de confirmación en la que consta
su nombre.
 Cuando finalice el periodo de inscripción deberá esperar hasta el 8 de mayo para
conocer si fue elegido/a.

Entre los datos que se requieren están: nombres, lugar y fecha de nacimiento,
país de residencia, número de pasaporte, dirección domiciliaria, correo
electrónico, número de teléfono, grado de educación alcanzado, estado civil,
número de niños, también deberá también ingresar una fotografía con los
estándares para las visas.

Es importante que sepa que tan solo tendrá 60 minutos para llenar el formulario
desde el momento que lo descarga.

Desde el Departamento de Estado se recomienda realizar el proceso lo antes

posible para que no haya saturación en los últimos días, es decir, hasta el 10
de noviembre. (I)

7, 2020 to 12:00PM EST (GMT -5) on November 10, 2020. The entry form will only be

fully comply with DV entry photo requirements included in the DV-2022 instructions.  Your
case will be disqualified if you submit a non-compliant photo.  For examples of acceptable

The entry form is prepared in two parts, one for the primary Entrant and one for derivatives
(if any). Each part must be completed correctly and completely before going to the next
part. After all parts are completed, the entry will be submitted to the DV-2022 Processing

DV-2022 Entrants may enter their confirmation information through the link below starting
at noon (EDT) on May 8, 2021. The DV-2022 registration period opens on October 7, 2020,
and closes on November 10, 2020. DV-2022 Entrants should keep their confirmation
number until at least September 30, 2022.

2021 Entrant Status Check

DV-2021 Entrants have until September 30, 2021 to check the status of their entry through
this website. The DV-2021 registration period was from October 2, 2019, until November 5,
2019.
