MODULO:
EMOCIÓN Y MOTIVACIÓN
DESCRIPCIÓN
La psicología del deporte es una rama de la psicología que estudia los factores psicológicos
y el comportamiento de los individuos durante la práctica de actividades deportivas. La
psicología del deporte busca conocer y optimizar las condiciones internas del deportista
para lograr sus objetivos deportivos y mejorar su bienestar psicológico durante su vida
deportiva. El desarrollo de habilidades psicológicas durante este proceso es específico para
cada deporte y ofrece a los deportistas la posibilidad de optimizar su rendimiento en
competencias a través del entrenamiento de las mismas. Este modulo examinará las teorías
psicológicas e investigaciones relacionadas con habilidades psicológicas como la
regulación de las emociones y la motivación aplicada al deporte.

METODOLOGIA
Para cumplir con los objetivos planteados, el curso combina distintas estrategias
pedagógicas pertinentes para el rol del psicólogo del deporte en la actualidad.
EVALUACIÓN
La nota final en el curso será calculada de acuerdo con los siguientes porcentajes:
