Read the three people talk about their favorite meals. Underline the food words.
GRAMMAR
Los sustantivos contables son aquellos que se pueden contar y tienen plural.
She bought two cakes (contable) Ella compró dos tortas (indica las piezas).
You're eating some cake (incontable) Estás comiendo torta (indica la sustancia).
There's some egg on your t-shirt (incontable) Hay huevo en tu camiseta (sustancia).

Some / Any
Para referirse a sustantivos incontables directamente, se usan las palabras
some y any.
Como norma general, SOME se aplica en las oraciones afirmativas, mientras
que ANY se usa en las oraciones interrogativas y negativas.
